Content Creators is hiring a Growth Marketer focused on media buying and creative strategy for e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits evenly between audience research, ad creative, and client communications, with responsibility for research, copy, and performance-driven decisions.

You will craft hooks, scripts, and visuals, manage Meta campaigns, and translate data into actionable guidance for clients, while leading meetings and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that reads like for the scroll user.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer what makes a campaign work.
• Familiarity with core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budgeting.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document updates between calls.
