The role emphasizes strong copy, proactive ad research, and clear communication with clients, with a remote-first setup and flexible scheduling across North American time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting, written for scrollers, not clients.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse engineering what works.
• Knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Comfort leading your own projects and explaining decisions.
• Confident in leading client relationships and strategy talks.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, competitors.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, selecting shots and storytelling while keeping brand.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document discussions between calls.
