Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own client campaigns end-to-end, from the account setup and audits to active optimization and reporting.

You will defend attribution choices, manage budgets, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will speak with clients directly, present plans and updates, and coordinate with technical teams on feeds, tracking, and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.
• Ability to audit and optimize end-to-end campaigns and feeds.
• Experience working with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking before touching anything.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and scale.
