Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own multiple DTC accounts end to end. You are the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, updates, and outcomes, with budgets from modest to six figures monthly.

You will audit before touching accounts and own feed, tracking, and creative bottlenecks. This role emphasizes attribution, incremental growth, and data-driven decisions in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong understanding of attribution and growth levers.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, Shopify tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking before touching.
• Run Brand and Non-brand separately; manage PMax and Shopping.
• Own feed hygiene, landing pages, and conversion tracking accuracy.
• Communicate results and defend decisions in client calls.
