Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution and reporting. You will speak directly with clients, justify decisions, and continuously optimize campaigns with a focus on incremental growth across Meta and Google platforms.

The role demands fluency in performance marketing, strong analytical thinking, and comfort with US Eastern business hours for client calls. Remote work is allowed globally.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: campaign structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding by campaign, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded from non-branded volume.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto features and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions and feed impact on Shopping.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals vs raw tags, enhanced conversions, offline conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the necessary assets: landing pages, scripts, reporting, and AI-driven tools.
