Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will talk to clients directly, present plans, and defend decisions, with budgets ranging from $5k/month to six figures.

You will audit accounts, optimize Campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, manage feeds and tracking, and build landing pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money spend in DTC/eCommerce
• Fluent English with client-facing communication
• Ability to own client relationships without a dedicated account manager
• Comfort with remote work and US Eastern business hours
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand tactics

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, with budgets from $5k/mo upward
• Audit accounts before touching anything, present findings
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses
• Understand and optimize PMax performance and attribution
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages to improve performance
