Sweat Pants Agency seeks a seasonedGoogle Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, defend your calls, and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You’ll manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages while building necessary assets to unlock growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, incremental growth, and a data-driven approach to attribution, with remote work and US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media for DTC/eCommerce with clear CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Ability to converse with clients directly and defend recommendations.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads suite including PMax and feed optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strategies with clear attribution.
• Evaluate PMax performance and separate branded vs unbranded impact.
• Monitor and optimize feed, tracking, and landing pages for performance.
• Build necessary assets (landing pages, scripts, reports) to remove bottlenecks.
