Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts and act as the client’s primary point of contact. You will lead strategy, audits, and optimization across brand and non-brand campaigns, PMax, and YouTube, ensuring incremental growth with clear attribution.

You will collaborate with multiple DTC/eCommerce brands, manage large monthly spends, and defend your calls in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing DTC/eCommerce paid media.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong knowledge of attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Oversee feed, tracking, and creative testing; build necessary assets.
• Develop landing pages and scripts where needed to remove bottlenecks.
