Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end-to-end for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will manage budgets from modest spend to six figures monthly, directly interact with clients, and defend your decisions on attribution and optimization.

We value ownership, real results, and the ability to work across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Merchant Center. Work-from-anywhere with flexible hours for US Eastern calls.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend across DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution, GA4, and GTM.
• Ability to own client communication and present results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impressions, feed health, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Understand PMax dynamics and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check by auditing auto-created assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data impact on Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify conversions; resolve attribution gaps.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required landing pages or scripts; ship tooling when needed.
• Provide strategic input on attribution, demand generation and growth impact; defend recommendations.
