Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own end-to-end Google Ads management for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, lead audits, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax and YouTube, and own the entire funnel from feed to landing pages and tracking.

You will defend attribution choices, minimize waste, and balance brand vs performance to move the numbers. Remote work is supported; US Eastern calls needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to own client relationships and present results
• Knowledge of attribution models and actionable insights
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Shopify integration and pixel tracking
• Experience building or manipulating landing pages and tracking setup

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feeds, landing pages
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting
• Know PMax behavior and its impact on incremental CAC
• Own the feed and tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and Shopify
• Present results and defend your decisions to clients during calls and reviews
• Work with US Eastern hours for client calls while keeping flexibility otherwise
