Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will act as the client’s direct contact, craft strategy, present results, and defend your decisions.

The role emphasizes attribution, incremental growth, and ownership of the funnel from feed to conversions. You can work remotely from anywhere with US Eastern hours for client calls; the day is yours otherwise.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before you touch anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. incremental volume in analysis.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash: audit auto applied recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports vs raw GA tag, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking) and fix them.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed for constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the feed and tracking infrastructure (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM).
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
