Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, from strategy to client communication. You will audit, plan, and optimize across Google Ads, YouTube, and related platforms, with a strong emphasis on attribution and incremental growth.

You will lead client calls, defend decisions, and own funnel performance, including feed, landing pages, and tracking. Remote role, global candidates welcomed, with US East hours for calls.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money and growth results (CPA/ROAS).
• Fluent in English for client-facing work.
• Ability to own end-to-end performance across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand strategies as separate businesses.
