Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, run campaigns, and defend your optimization choices.

You’ll manage brand and non-brand separately, optimize PMax, and own tracking, feed, and landing pages. Remote, US hours alignment expected; global talent welcome.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Ability to explain CPA and ROAS with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and provide Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and report accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end funnel: feed, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Defend decisions and communicate impact to clients.
