Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a proactive Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, present results, and defend your decisions. You will manage Feed/Merchant Center, track via GA4/GTM, and build landing pages as needed.

Remote role with US Eastern hours. Strong attribution mindset, data-driven, and ability to ship frameworks that scale are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data.
• Own tracking via GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
