Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own clients end-to-end, from audit to execution. You will manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce accounts, defend attribution choices, and own feed, tracking, and creative optimization to drive measurable growth.

You can work remotely anywhere, but you must align with US Eastern hours for client calls. Strong experience with Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and GA4/GTM is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns specifically.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and analyze outputs.
• Explain attribution stance and defend methodology to clients.
• Own feed and tracking (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM) and ensure they support performance.
• Build pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints and improve performance.
