Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution and reporting. You will manage DTC/eCommerce campaigns with a focus on CPA/ROAS and incremental growth.

You will work directly with clients, ensure campaign health, and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. Strong communication in English and hands-on build capability are required.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and proven results.
• Experience across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Ability to build and deploy landing pages or work with AI tools to ship pages.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including client communication.
• Audit campaigns, structure, terms, bidding, impressions, feed health, and tracking.
• Manage brand vs. non-brand separately and optimize for incremental gains.
• Analyze PMax effectiveness and separate branded vs unbranded activity.
• Maintain governance by keeping automation in check and improving feeds/tracking.
• Build required assets, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
