Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads across DTC accounts. You will directly communicate with clients, audit accounts, and optimize on a full funnel basis, including Feed, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

You will own the strategy, manage budgets from micro to six figures monthly, and defend your optimization decisions with data. Remote worldwide, responsive during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce, able to explain CPA/ROAS results.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, Shopify goal tracking and attribution thinking.
• Experience with PMax, brand vs. direct response strategies, and landing-page optimization.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Manage feeds and Merchant Center hygiene, promotions, and how they affect Shopping.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Build needed assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
