Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for DTC brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, lead audits, and drive incremental growth across Search, Shopping, and PMax, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS frameworks.

The role demands owning the funnel from feed to landing pages, maintaining feed health, and building assets as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce and can explain CPA/ROAS impacts.
• Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube and GA4/GTM.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients in English and defend approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns with structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and report separately.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs non-branded signals.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto features regularly.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data impact.
• Own the tracking setup in GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets or pages.
• Develop landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
