Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a full slate of DTC accounts. You will directly manage client relationships, audit campaigns, and optimize CPA/ROAS with a data-driven approach.

You will also own feeds, tracking, and landing-page testing to drive measurable growth. You will work across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen while coordinating with clients during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Experience optimizing CPA/ROAS and driving revenue.
Fluent English for client-facing communications.
Available for US East business hours.
Familiar with Shopify or running Meta campaigns.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit campaigns and account structure before touching anything.
Treat brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
Understand PMax behavior and separate it from incremental CAC.
Manage feeds and Merchant Center hygiene for Shopping.
Own the tracking setup (GA4, GTM, conversions).
Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and landing pages.
Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting as needed.
