Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire paid funnel for 50 DTC and eCommerce brands. This is a remote role with a direct client-facing focus, requiring you to lead updates and defend decisions during client calls.

You will manage search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, and the landing page while owning tracking and attribution. You can live anywhere, but client calls occur during US Eastern business hours.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: a real review of structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses; report separately.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures a month.
• Own the client relationship with no account manager in between; present results and reasoning.
• Audit overviews of campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and report them separately to show impact.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and avoid optimizing against incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene and how it affects Shopping and PMax.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports and conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking; take action.
• Build the assets the account needs: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; adept with AI tools.
