Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts, from audits to strategic execution. You’ll manage DTC and eCommerce campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, with direct client communication and data-driven decision-making.

You will optimize feeds, tracking, and landing pages, defend your attribution stance, and work without a time clock, measured by output and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own the client relationship and present plans and results.
• Experience auditing accounts and mapping attribution with clear rationale.
• Proficiency across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations for tracking.
• Ability to build landing pages and ship scripts or tooling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and walk client through findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate, report results clearly.
• Know what PMax is doing and avoid misattributing incremental CAC.
• Keep Google automation on a leash and audit auto features regularly.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages to unlock performance.
