Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a set of DTC accounts end to end, from strategy to execution. You will speak directly with clients and defend your decisions, ensuring your results are yours.

You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures monthly, optimize PMax, Shopping, GA4, and landing pages, and build the reporting you need. This role rewards output over hours with worldwide remote work and US Eastern call availability.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns and ad groups, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding by campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate efforts and report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and avoid optimizing against a non-incremental CAC when it’s branded.
• Keep Google's automation in check by auditing auto-applied recommendations, assets, and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports vs raw tags and offline conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking; act to fix them.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove bottlenecks; leverage AI tools like Claude for delivery.
