Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from audit to optimization. You will directly communicate with clients, defend your calls, and drive accountability for growth across brand and non-brand campaigns.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages, while leveraging AI and a data-driven approach to maximize incremental ROAS and NC-CPA. Remote role with US Eastern-hour client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental impact.
• Proficient in GA4/GTM and Shopify integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client lead.
• Audit accounts prior to changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-brand impact.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center hygiene, GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Build required assets: landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
