Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for several DTC brands. You will manage client relationships, present plans, and defend decisions, with a focus on incremental growth and measurable ROI.

You will handle feed, Tracking, PMax, YouTube, and brand vs non-brand strategies, run audits before changes, and build scalable frameworks. Remote across time zones, ability to support US Eastern calls is required.

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with substantial DTC/eCommerce budgets.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions.
• Experience with brand and non-brand campaigns.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and direct point of contact.
• Own the client relationship. You present the results and defend the plan.
• Audit before you touch anything: review campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and avoid misattribution.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto recommendations.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, conversions).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build fixes (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Build the things the account needs (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Communicate clearly in English with clients and stakeholders.
