Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel from feed to conversions. You will communicate directly with clients, run campaigns end to end, audit rigorously before touching accounts, and optimize using PMax and non-brand strategies while coordinating landing pages and tracking.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Fluent in English for client communication and presentations.
AI-native and capable of building landing pages with Claude or equivalent tools.
You can manage client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end to end, including client communication.
Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
Manage Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate streams with clear reporting.
Understand PMax performance and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
Build or implement landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
