Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, present plans, and defend decisions, owning outcomes and growth metrics.

You will audit campaigns, manage Feed/Shopping/PMax/YouTube, and ensure proper tracking with GA4/GTM. This role emphasizes autonomy, real results, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand/non-brand separation.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals and imports.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools for building landing pages.

Aufgaben

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, IS, feed health, pages, tracking.
• Audit Loom walkthroughs to explain findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear metrics.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto features.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets; landing pages and scripts.
