Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns from setup to reporting. You will talk to clients directly, defend decisions, and drive growth across Google's suite including Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You will work remotely with teams globally and own the full funnel.

You will audit accounts, optimize towards NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and build landing pages or assets as needed. Strong communication and ownership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and what changed to move the numbers.
• Experience with brand and non-brand performance, and PMax insights.
• Strong client communication and ownership of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client’s main contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them, including structures, negatives, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand differently and defend attribution choices.
• Own feeds, landing pages, and conversion tracking end-to-end.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts).
• Build or ship landing pages with AI tools when needed.
