Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to build and own multi-channel growth for a regulated DTC brand. You’ll merge product, partnerships, and field efforts, developing AI-driven processes and hands-on execution of outreach, retention, and content strategies with direct collaboration with the founders.

You’ll automate repetitive tasks, manage email/SMS programs, and leverage data from orders and subscriptions to optimize growth while staying within regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tool to build real solutions in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing roles with hands-on data/tools experience.
• Experience running cold email outreach with a sequence tool (e.g., Apollo).
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript; ability to direct AI to write it.
• Familiarity connecting tools through APIs and using data to drive decisions.
• Clear, simple writing and a good marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, track outcomes.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own email and SMS campaigns, retention, referrals, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools aligned to the brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from internal order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
