Qualifications

• Proven copywriting that engages scroll-stoppers.
• Strong ability to study ads and reverse-engineer campaigns.
• Familiarity with CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Ability to lead client relationships and strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production and visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and determine which creatives win and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation up-to-date between calls.
