Qualifications

• Strong copywriting tailored for scroll-focused audiences.
• Habit of studying ads to reverse‑engineer what works.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Ability to lead client relationships and strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and outcomes from Reddit threads, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify which creative is winning and why.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the client.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current between calls.
