Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts remotely, handling end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, PMax, and related channels. You’ll lead client calls, present plans, and defend decisions with a clear growth rationale.

You will manage DTC/eCommerce brands, optimize CAC/ROAS, and build landing pages, feeds, and tracking with a hands-on, output-focused approach.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with CPA/ROAS results to show
Fluency across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM
AI-native and able to build landing pages or landing-page variants with tools like Claude
Strong client-facing communication to explain strategies and defend decisions

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit overhauls of campaigns, structures, feed health, bidding, and tracking with Loom walkthroughs.
Separate management of Brand vs. Non-brand campaigns to optimize spend and reporting.
Monitor PMax effectiveness and attribution, ensuring incremental gains.
Own the feed, tracking, and landing page optimization to unlock performance.
