Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC brands. You will act as the primary client contact, audit and optimize campaigns, and own the entire funnel from feed to conversion tracking.

You will balance brand vs non-brand, manage attribution, and drive measurable growth with data-driven decisions. You will collaborate across platforms, deploy landing pages, and leverage AI tools to accelerate testing and results while

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend.
• Own full funnel: feed to conversion tracking and reporting.
• Fluent English communication with clients and teams.
• Strong attribution mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate business units and report separately.
• Own feed, Merchant Center, Landing pages, and tracking end-to-end.
• Know what PMax is doing and optimize with solid reasoning.
• Defend your calls in client updates and calls with clear rationale.
