Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own the Google Ads stack end-to-end, serve as the client touchpoint, and drive results from strategy and execution to reporting and optimization.

We work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, manage substantial monthly ad spend, and expect you to defend your decisions with data. You will influence attribution, holdouts, and incremental growth strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS, revenue impact, and changes made.
• Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• English communication at native/near-native level for client-facing work.
• Skeptical of numbers; favors holdouts over dashboards.
• Willing to work US Eastern business hours for calls.
• Bonus: built or operated Shopify store, or ran Meta at spend.

Aufgaben

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present findings to client via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Understand PMax behavior and set appropriate targets.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto recommendations and assets.
• Own feed hygiene in Merchant Center and product promotions.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and ensure data reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, landing pages, tracking) and fix.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
