Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own multiple DTC accounts end-to-end, from strategy and client liaison to creative and tracking. The role emphasizes NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization, cross-channel fluency, and strong data-driven decision making.

You’ll audit, optimize, and build assets, maintain feed quality, and lead client calls during US Eastern hours. Remote worldwide work is expected with high accountability and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything (structure, terms, tracking).
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate, track incremental impact.
• Understand PMax in context of branded vs. non-branded performance.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed management (Merchant Center) and product data quality.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and diagnose data gaps.
• Build landing pages or assets when needed to unlock growth.
