Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC brands. You will directly communicate with clients, run calls, and defend your decisions. The role emphasizes an audit-first approach and full funnel ownership across brand, non-brand, and PMax.

You can work remotely from anywhere, with client calls during US Eastern business hours. Strong emphasis on attribution, GA4/GTM, and AI-enabled tooling is expected.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client focal point.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching any account.
• Differentiate and report brand vs. non-brand performance.
• Understand PMax and its branded vs incremental volume.
• Explain and defend attribution models with client-facing updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for multiple DTC brands.
• Directly manage client communication, updates, and calls.
• Audit, optimize, and build feeds, landing pages, and tracking.
• Partition brand and non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Maintain GA4/GTM integration and Shopify tracking.
• Develop landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
