Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands from a remote location. You will talk to clients directly, defend your decisions, and own the entire funnel—from feed health to landing pages and conversion tracking.

You will operate globally, with the ability to take client calls during US Eastern business hours. You should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta ads, plus strong attribution and

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and measurable results.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS movements with clear rationale.
• Fluent in English for client conversations and reporting.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; review structure, negatives, tracking, and landing pages.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Own the feed, Merchant Center, and the tracking stack (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals).
• Speak to clients directly, present results and plans, defend decisions.
• Move beyond generic optimization to build landing pages and scripts as needed.
