Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a portfolio of DTC accounts from strategy to client-facing execution. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, defend decisions on calls, and drive measurable growth through robust attribution and optimization practices.

You will work remotely with global clients, coordinating with the team and delivering results that move the business.

Competenze

Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with CPA/ROAS metrics and direct client results.
Extensive experience owning end-to-end Google Ads accounts across multiple platforms.
Proficient in attribution models and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, and landing pages.
Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs. non-branded performance.
Keep Google automation under control and audit auto features.
Own product feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and shopping delivery impact.
Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconcile numbers.
Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
