Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own clients end to end. You will manage campaigns, from feed to conversion tracking, and own the client relationship, communicating updates and strategy directly with the client.

You will balance Brand and Non-brand strategies, optimize PMax thoughtfully, and leverage AI tools to build landing pages and assets. A strong English ability and willingness to work US Eastern hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and changes made to improve results.
• Fluent English communication with clients.
• Comfort using AI tools to build or enhance assets.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Manage Brand vs Non-brand separately and optimize PMax with care.
• Own feed, Merch Center, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Present results to clients and defend your decisions.
