Sweat Pants Agency is seeking an experienced Google Ads strategist to own end-to-end client work for DTC brands. You will manage accounts, present results directly to clients, audit setups, and optimize across Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand campaigns.

You will own feed, tracking, landing pages, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on attribution and incremental growth. Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients in English.
• Comfort owning client relationships end-to-end and defending decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is delivering and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own feed hygiene: Merchant Center, product titles, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, AOV, pages, and tracking.
• Build pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
