Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end. You will be the direct client contact, presenting plans and results, and driving growth across DTC and eCommerce brands.

You will audit, optimize, and defend attribution decisions, while owning the full funnel, feeds, tracking, and creative testing. A data-driven, independent collaborator is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Deep understanding of paid media across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions to clients.
• Strong communication skills for direct client contact and updates.
• Experience building and testing landing pages and tracking configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end to end, as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Lead client calls, present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Conduct audits of campaigns, structure, keywords, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Analyze PMax vs incremental CAC and ensure proper measurement.
