Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own a set of DTC accounts end to end, from onboarding to reporting and optimization.

You will be the client’s direct point of contact, responsible for strategy, execution, and results across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and GA4/GTMs. We hire remotely worldwide and value hands-on experience with meaningful spend and clear attribution.

Formación

• Audit before touching any account, reviewing structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Own brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Speak with clients directly, present updates and defend decisions when something is not working.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, and conversion tracking.
• Comfort with building landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit and Loom walkthroughs to explain findings and inform strategy and sales.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns and optimize for incremental CAC and NC-ROAS.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded from non-branded performance.
• Keep Google’s automation in check and audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and the tracking, including Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, and promotions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, and checkout, then fix them.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and enable growth.
