Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for DTC accounts. You will be the direct client contact, present results, and defend decisions with data and attribution insights.

Bring hands-on experience with Google Ads, PMax, GA4/GTM, Shopify, and a disciplined approach to brand vs. performance. You’ll optimize spend, build landing pages, and drive incremental growth while working US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Proven ability to own campaigns end-to-end and communicate results to clients.
• Strong grasp of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts and incremental growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately; manage Feed/Merchant Center, Shopping, and PMax.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage Google's automation with guardrails.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build or adjust assets as needed.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across funnel elements.
