Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts and serve as the client’s direct contact. You will audit accounts first, defend your calls, and manage both Brand and Non-brand campaigns to maximize growth.

You will work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, handle large monthly budgets, and leverage GA4, GTM, Shopify, and Claude AI to build landing pages and optimize conversions. US Eastern hours are required for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships without an intermediary.
• Auditing accounts before touching them and presenting findings.
• Separate reporting for Brand vs Non-brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, negatives, bids, and tracking before actions.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand separately with clear ROI implications.
• Monitor PMax behavior and ensure it aligns with incremental CAC.
• Keep Google automation in check and optimize feed and tracking.
• Build pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
