Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Shopping, and own client communications.

You will audit accounts, optimize CAC/ROAS, build landing pages and tracking, and defend your decisions with data. Remote role, global team, US business hours required for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money and clear results.
• Ability to own client relationships with full accountability.
• Strong understanding of attribution and ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Run audits on campaigns, structure, negatives, and tracking.
• Optimize brand vs non-brand campaigns for incremental growth.
• Build and deploy landing pages and tracking enhancements.
• Communicate results and defend decisions with data.
