Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end. You will be the client contact, lead audits, manage brand and non-brand campaigns, and own the entire funnel from feed to landing pages and tracking.

Remote work with US Eastern call availability is expected. You should have real-money experience with CPA/ROAS and be comfortable building pages or using Claude for optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and what changed to move metrics.
• Experience separating brand vs. direct response and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Own feed, Shopping, PMax, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Drive attribution discussions and defend chosen strategy.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed using AI tools.
