Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads management for 50 DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, drive strategy and execution, and report on performance.

You will audit accounts, optimize PMax vs brand, manage feed/ Merchant Center, GA4/GTM tracking, and build landing pages or scripts as needed. You will be judged on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, not last-click.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not only search.
• Ability to discuss attribution and drive decisions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as the client’s direct contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate, report separately.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs incremental volumes.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data quality.
• Own tracking via GA4/GT M and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets and scripts.
