Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to remotely own and optimize a set of DTC accounts. You will work directly with clients, own the funnel end-to-end, and drive incremental growth across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and related tracking systems.

The role emphasizes rigorous audits, data-driven decision making, and ownership of outcomes across brand and non-brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with running Google Ads for DTC/ecommerce accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including research, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Directly communicate with clients, present results, plans, and rationale, and defend decisions.
• Conduct pre-tilot audit of accounts: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding by campaign type, and conversion tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly for incremental performance.
• Analyze PMax performance, separating branded vs non-branded effects to set targets.
• Manage feeds, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing pages to optimize Shopping and PMax.
• Ensure robust tracking with GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and enhanced conversions.
