Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end. You will be the client's primary contact, analyze performance, and defend recommendations with concrete data.

The role requires deep expertise across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, GA4/GTM, and Shopify integrations, with strong communication in English and a bias for incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes.
• Fluent in English for client-facing work.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Familiar with Shopify or running own store is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a real review and Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. incremental volume.
• Keep Google’s automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
