Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, directly interfacing with clients, auditing campaigns, and driving growth through brand and non-brand strategies while optimizing PMax and feed quality.

You will manage budgets from five thousand dollars per month to six figures and collaborate across GA4, GTM, Shopify, and Merchant Center.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made.
• Fluent in English for client-facing communication.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Conduct audits: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns with clear reporting.
• Assess PMax behavior and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit sitelinks regularly.
• Own feed hygiene and Landing Pages to improve performance.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets and scripts.
