Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. The role requires direct client interaction, deep understanding of attribution, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

You will own the whole funnel, manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and ensure proper tracking and landing page optimization. Remote globally with US Eastern hour overlap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships with direct accountability for results.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them and provide Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate optimization efforts.
• Know what PMax is delivering and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Maintain feed, tracking, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Build landing pages and basic scripts or tools as needed.
